Mt Olive Missionary Baptist Church was founded in 1937 serving as a beacon of light for Soul Salvation to the Community of South Chandler.  Visitors and Newcomers are Welcome!  The MOMBC is a high - energy church with worship being a blend of traditional and contemporary..  The Pastor is a Spirit-filled man of God who preaches the word of God. 

What is service like?

• MOMBC is a predominantly African-American Church but we are a mix congregation where we welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures and religions.
• There is no dress code expectation.  However, attendees tends to wear more traditional clothing or relaxed wear.  We want you to come as you are and take part in this small church group.
• The ushers will greet you upon your arrival along with members or the church assisting you in your seating.  The worship service is tradition in style with a mix of contemporary blend of praise and worship.

 What about membership?  

• You can join by christian experience, candidate for baptism or rededication.  You can join at any time, so don't worry if you miss the invitation.
• Once you have united with MOMBC, the next step isNew Members class.  Call the church office for your scheduled time.

What about after service?

• If you would like to meet with a prayer team, the Pastor appoints the Deaconess to work with you.
• Following service, you can also meet the Pastor, First Lady and any other special guests.  Something everyone looks forward too.
• Members sometimes fellowship by having dinner together.
